摘　　要：目的分析经伤椎椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折椎固定的效果。方法选取我院2015年2月—2016年2月收治的胸腰椎骨折患者86例,将患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各43例,观察组实施经伤椎椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗,对照组实施常规手术治疗。结果观察组胸腰椎骨折患者的住院时间(10.21±1.05)d、术后引流量(280.15±40.25)ml以及VAS评分(2.01±0.25)分、总有效率95.35%,均优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论通过对胸腰椎骨折患者实施经伤椎椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗,取得十分显著的效果。Objective To analyze the effect of vertebral pedicle screw fixation in the treatment of thoracolumbar vertebral fracture with vertebral fixation. Methods 86 cases of thoracolumbar fracture were selected from February 2015 to February 2016 in our hospital. The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, each with 43 cases. The observation group was treated with vertebral pedicle screw fixation, and the control group was treated with routine operation. Results In the observation group, the hospitalization time of patients with thoracolumbar fracture was（10.21±1.05） d, postoperative drainage volume（280.15±40.25） ml, VAS score（2.01±0.25）, and the total effective rate was 95.35%, which was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Through the treatment of thoracolumbar fracture patients with vertebral pedicle screw fixation, a very significant effect has been achieved.
