Autar量表在创伤骨科深静脉血栓风险评估中的应用

摘　　要：目的通过对创伤骨科实施Autar量表评估与预防深静脉血栓的管理方法,提高医生护士对DVT预防的科学实践管理能力,从而有效地预防骨创伤患者发生下肢深静脉血栓。方法应用调查问卷的方式调查医生、护士对深静脉血栓相关知识的了解情况及评估工具(Autar量表)的应用情况。结果医生、护士培训前后对下肢静脉血栓预防认知比较和医师对预防下肢深静脉血栓的干预措施,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);培训前护士应用Autar量表行血栓危险因素评估中存在问题为52%,培训后评估存在问题12%,明显降低;患者及家属对下肢深静脉血栓相关知识认知比较和患者功能锻炼依从性比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在骨科创伤患者深静脉血栓风险评估和预防管理中,医生、护士能够熟练应用Autar量表对患者进行深静脉血栓的风险评估,并根据风险危险程度落实各项预防措施。Objective To evaluate and prevent the management of deep venous thrombosis by implementing the Autar scale in the trauma department of orthopedics, to improve the scientific practice management ability of doctors and nurses to DVT prevention, so as to effectively prevent deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities in patients with bone trauma. Methods A questionnaire was used to investigate the knowledge of deep venous thrombosis and the application of the assessment tool（Autar scale）. Results Before and after training, there was a statistically significant difference between doctors and nurses in the prevention of venous thrombosis in lower extremities and in interventions for prevention of deep venous thrombosis in lower extremities（P〈0.05）. There were 52% problems in the assessment of the risk factors of thrombus in the Autar scale before training, and there were 12% problems after the training. There was significant difference between the patients and their families on the knowledge of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity and the compliance of patients＇ functional exercise（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the department of orthopedics risk assessment and prevention management of deep vein thrombosis, doctors and nurses can skillfully use Autar scale to evaluate the risk of deep vein thrombosis, and implement preventive measures according to the degree of risk.
