摘  要:目的探讨小儿肺炎继发腹泻的相关因素分析与微生态制剂的治疗效果。方法选取68例因肺炎感染导致的继发腹泻患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,各34例,对照组患儿接受的是乳酶生片治疗,观察组患儿接受的则是培菲康胶囊进行治疗。结果观察组治疗有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。患儿的年龄、住院时间、入院是否存在侵入操作以及激素的使用是患儿激发腹泻的影响因素,P<0.05。结论微生态制剂是用来治疗小儿肺炎继发腹泻疾病的主要治疗方式,而对于肺炎继发腹泻的患儿来说,不同微生态制剂的使用所起到的治疗效果是不同的,培菲康胶囊能够有效治疗小儿肺炎所引发的腹泻,临床效果显著。Objective To investigate the related factors of secondary diarrhea in children with pneumonia and the therapeutic effect of microecological agents. Methods 68 children with secondary diarrhea caused by pneumonia were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, each with 34 cases. The control group was treated with Lactasin Tablets, the observation group with the use of bifico capsules for treatment. Results The effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant, P〈0.05. The age of the children, the time of hospitalization, the presence of intruder operation and the use of hormone were all related to the diarrhea induced diarrhea in children, P〈0.05. Conclusion Microecologic agents are the main treatment methods used to treat the secondary diarrhea of pneumonia in children. For the children with secondary pneumonia, the treatment effect of different microecological agents is different, peifeikang capsule can effectively treat pediatric pneumonia caused by diarrhea, significant clinical effect.
