新生儿科病房中护理风险管理的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨新生儿科病房中护理风险管理的应用价值。方法从2016年5—12月在本院新生儿科病房中的新生儿中选取84例,将其随机平均分成42例观察组和对照组,对照组新生儿仅实施常规护理干预,观察组新生儿则实施风险护理管理。对比两组新生儿的意外发生率、护理质量分数以及新生儿家长满意度。结果观察组新生儿的意外事件发生率以及护理质量分数均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组中新生儿家长的护理满意度水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在新生儿科病房中应用护理风险管理,能够降低意外事件发生率,有利于家长护理满意度与护理质量的提升。Objective To explore the application value of nursing risk management in the neonatal ward. Methods From May to December 2016, 84 newborns were selected in the neonatal ward of our hospital, and they were randomly divided into 42 observation groups and control groups. The newborns in the control group only carried out routine nursing intervention, while the newborn in the observation group carried out risk nursing management. The incidence of accident, nursing score and the satisfaction of the parents were compared between the two groups of newborns. ResultsThe incidence of newborns in the observation group and the quality score of nursing were better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. The level of nursing satisfaction of the parents of the newborn in the observation group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of nursing risk management in the neonatal ward can reduce the incidence of accidents, which is beneficial to the satisfaction of parents＇ nursing and the improvement of nursing quality.
