黄连液灌肠治疗小儿细菌性腹泻的护理体会

摘　　要：目的观察我院自制黄连液保留灌肠治疗小儿细菌性腹泻的疗效,并探讨小儿腹泻的保留灌肠护理方法。方法对符合小儿感染性腹泻病诊断标准的患儿,在常规治疗(抗感染、对症治疗、营养支持)基础上,采用我院自制黄连液保留灌肠,在药物保留灌肠治疗操作、肛周皮肤护理、心理指导等方面加强管理。结果 80例细菌性腹泻患儿经过综合治疗后,痊愈59例,占73.8%,有效者19例,占23.8%;无效者2例,总有效率97.5%。结论我院自制黄连液辅助治疗小儿细菌性腹泻灌肠有较好疗效,其中有效的整体护理非常重要,是保证取得显著临床疗效的关键。Objective To observe the curative effect of retention enema with self made Huanglian liquid in our hospital in the treatment of bacterial diarrhea in children, and to explore the method of retention enema nursing. Methods On the basis of routine treatment（anti infection, symptomatic treatment and nutritional support）, we made self-made Huanglian liquid retention enema for children who met the diagnostic criteria of infantile infectious diarrhea. The management of retention enema treatment, perianal skin care, psychological guidance and other aspects of management were strengthened. Results After comprehensive treatment of 80 cases of bacterial diarrhea, 59（73.8%） cases were cured, 19（23.8%） cases were effective, 2 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 97.5%. Conclusion The self-made Huanglian liquid in our hospital has a good effect on the treatment of infantile bacterial infective diarrhea. Effective holistic care is also very important, which is the key to ensuring a significant clinical effect.
