心电图、双源CT在糖尿病合并冠心病的诊断研究

摘　　要：目的研究在诊断糖尿病伴发冠心病中采取心电图、双源CT的临床诊断效果。方法本次研究中回顾性分析我院2016年9月—2017年9月参与诊治分析的49例糖尿病伴发冠心病患者所有临床数据,参照组实行心电图,实验组实行双源螺旋CT冠状动脉成像检查,观察不同检查的诊断符合率依据敏感性。结果根据选择性冠脉造影作为判断标准,参照组诊断符合率55.10%,诊断敏感性56.25%;实验组诊断符合率为97.95%,诊断敏感性为100%。结论在糖尿病合并冠心病诊断中双源螺旋CT冠状动脉成像检查具有简单、安全、可靠的一种措施,可提升诊断符合率。Objective To study the clinical diagnostic effect of electrocardiogram and dual source CT in the diagnosis of diabetes with coronary heart disease. Methods From September 2016 to September 2017, 49 patients with diabetes mellitus associated with coronary heart disease clinical data in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively, the reference group was carried out electrocardiogram, and the experimental group was examined by dual source spiral CT coronary artery imaging, and the diagnostic coincidence rate of different examinations was sensitive. Results According to the criteria of selective coronary angiography, the diagnostic accuracy was 55.10% in the reference group and 56.25% in the diagnostic sensitivity. The diagnostic coincidence rate of the experimental group was 97.95% and the diagnostic sensitivity was 100%. Conclusion In the diagnosis of diabetes combined with coronary heart disease, dual source spiral CT coronary angiography is a simple, safe and reliable measure, which can improve the diagnostic coincidence rate.
