高通量血液透析治疗老年慢性肾衰竭的疗效

摘　　要：目的对高通量血液透析治疗老年慢性肾衰竭的治疗效果进行分析。方法随机抽取我院收治的132例老年慢性肾衰竭患者作为研究对象,分别给予常规方式透析治疗和高通量透析治疗。结果进行6个月透析后,观察组患者各项相关指标水平均更接近于正常,并发症发生率低于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论对老年慢性肾衰竭患者采用高通量血液透析的方法进行治疗,能够促进患者各项相关指标趋于正常,并降低患者的并发症发生率,有利于提高患者的生活质量。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of high throughput hemodialysis in the treatment of chronic renal failure in the elderly. Methods 132 patients with chronic renal failure in our hospital were randomly selected as the subjects and were treated with routine dialysis and high flux dialysis. Results After 6 months of dialysis, the related indicators in the observation group were all closer to the normal level, the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group, P 〈 0.05, the difference was statistically signifcant. Conclusion Treatment of elderly patients with chronic renal failure by high flux hemodialysis can promote the related indicators of patients to become normal, and reduce the incidence of complications, which is conducive to improving the quality of life of patients.
