摘  要:目的比较显微镜下CO2激光技术与单极电凝器治疗会厌囊肿的临床效果。方法选取2013年1月—2017年1月苏州大学附属第一医院耳鼻咽喉科收治的会厌囊肿患者50例,分为A组和B组,A组22例患者采用单极电凝器会厌囊肿,B组28例采用显微镜下CO_2激光切除进行治疗。比较两种手术后手术时间、疼痛度、出血量、术后创面愈合情况等。结果手术治疗后发现两组患者的手术疼痛程度、出血量、创面恢复情况对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组手术总耗时为(38.2±3.6)min,长于B组(23.2±1.9)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论显微镜下CO2激光技术与单极电凝器治疗会厌囊肿的临床效果均令人满意,疗效良好,创伤小,但手术耗时方面前者优于后者。Objective To compare the clinical effect of microscopical CO2 laser and monopole electrocoagulator in the treatment of epiglottis cyst. Methods From January 2013 to January 2017, 50 cases of epiglottis cyst treated in the department of otolaryngology, first hospital affiliated to suzhou university, were divided into group A and group B. In group A, 22 cases were treated by clicking the epiglottis cyst of electrocoagulator, and 28 cases in group B were treated with CO2 laser resection under microscope. The time of operation, the degree of pain, the amount of bleeding and the healing of the wound after operation were compared between the two kinds of surgery. Results After surgical treatment, there was no signifcant difference in the degree of pain, the amount of bleeding and the recovery of the wounds in the two groups (P 〉 0.05). The total time of operation in group A was (38.2±3.6) min, which was longer than that of group B (23.2±1.9) min, and the difference was statistically signifcant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The clinical effects of CO2 laser and unipolar coagulator in the treatment of epiglottis cyst are satisfactory, with good effect and small trauma, but the former is better than the latter.
