摘　　要：目的研究耳穴埋籽联合穴位贴敷在消化道肿瘤患者术后排气时间的应用价值。方法将2016年1—11月行消化道肿瘤手术共54名患者,随机分成对照组及观察组,各27例,对照组采取常规护理措施进行干预,观察组在对照组的基础上进行耳穴埋籽联合穴位贴敷,比较两组患者术后排气排便时间。结果观察组术后排气排便时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论耳穴埋籽联合穴位贴敷在消化道肿瘤手术患者促进排气效果显著。Objective To study the application value of auricular point burial seed combined acupoint application in the postoperative exhaust timeof patients with digestive tract tumor. Methods 54 patients with digestivetract tumors from January to November 2016 were randomly dividedinto the control group and the observation group, each with 27 cases. Thecontrol group received routine nursing interventions. The observationgroup was treated by auricular point embedding and point application onthe basis of the control group. The time of exhaust and defecation after thetwo groups of patients were compared. Results The time of postoperativeexhaust and defecation in the observation group was shorter than that of thecontrol group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of the combined acupointapplication of acupoints and acupoints on the patients with digestive tracttumor is signifcant.
