摘  要:目的对炎症性肠病的营养干预护理在治疗中的价值进行分析。方法选择我院收治的炎症性肠病患者92例作为研究对象,给予对照组常规护理,观察组常规护理加营养干预护理,对两组患者的各项相关指标水平进行对比。结果护理后,观察组患者的体质量、白蛋白、血红蛋白、胆固醇、三酰甘油、丙氨酸转氨酶、尿素氮以及总游离脂肪酸水平均高于对照组患者,组间对比,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论对炎症性肠病患者给予营养干预护理,能够改善患者的各项相关指标水平,有利于促进患者的恢复和提高患者的预后水平。Objective To analyze the value of nutritional intervention nursing in the treatment of infammatory bowel disease. Methods 92 cases of infammatory bowel disease in our hospital were selected as the research object, and the routine nursing care was given to the control group, and the routine nursing and nutrition intervention nursing care in the observation group were given. The relative indexes of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the body weight, albumin, hemoglobin, cholesterol, three acylglycerol, alanine aminotransferase, urea nitrogen and total free fatty acid level in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically signifcant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Nutritional intervention for patients with infammatory bowel disease can improve the related indicators of patients, and promote the recovery of patients and improve the prognosis of patients.
