摘 要:以5种草本花卉种子为材料,研究了不同浓度的Na2CO3胁迫对不同草本花卉种子萌发的影响。结果表明,随着Na2CO3浓度的提高,5种草本花卉种子的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数整体呈下降趋势;通过对5种花卉种子的耐盐适宜范围和耐盐半致死浓度的比较可知,耐盐性最好的是百日草种子,其次是美国石竹、硫华菊和金盏菊种子,耐盐能力较差的是天人菊种子。Taking 5 kinds of herbaceous flower seeds as materials,the effects of different concentrations of NazCOs stress on seed germination of different herbaceous flowers were studied.The results showed that germination percentage, germination vigor and germination index of 5 kinds of herbaceous flowers seeds showed a downward trend with the increase of Na2CO3 concentration; The comparison that the suitable range and salt tolerant semilethal salt concentration of 5 kinds of flower seeds shows that salt tolerance of Zinnia elegans seeds is the best, followed by Dianthus barbatus seeds,Cosmos sulphureus seeds and Calendula officinalis seeds,poor salt tolerance is Gaillardia pulchella seeds.
