摘 要:针对传统继动阀检测装置已无法满足新型EBS比例继动阀检测需求的现状,基于计算机控制技术、采用高速数据采集与数据处理技术,设计EBS比例继动阀综合性能测试系统,实现在电子制动/气制动、缓慢制动/快速制动工况下,对阀的迟滞特性、静特性、动特性、密封性等项目进行测试。其中,采用电气比例阀伺服控制方式,可实现0~1.0 MPa的气压控制,控制绝对误差为±0.01 MPa;采用可编程电流源电流伺服控制方式,可实现0~1.4 A电流控制,控制绝对误差为±0.01 A。对测试系统进行不确定度评定,实验各项数据重复性良好。测试结果表明:商用车EBS比例继动阀综合性能测试系统的性能稳定,满足测试要求。In view that the traditional relay valve testing device has been unable to meet the test demand of new type EBS proportional relay valve, a comprehensive performance test system of EBS proportional relay valve was designed based on the computer control technology and high-speed data acquisition and data processing technology so as to achieve the test for hysteresis characteristics,static characteristics, dynamic characteristics and airtightness of valve under the conditions of electronic braking/pneumatic braking and slow braking/fast braking. By adopting electric proportional valve servo control mode, 0-1.0 MPa pneumatic control can be achieved with control absolute error being ±0.01 MPa and by adopting programmable current servo control mode, 0-1.4 A current control can be achieved with control absolute error being ±0.01 A. In the test system uncertainty assessment, the test data repeatability is excellent and the test results show that performance of comprehensive performance test system of EBS proportional relay valve of commercial vehicle is stable, which meets the test requirements.
