摘 要:在列车的行驶过程中,轮轨间的黏着控制尤其重要,最大化利用黏着力可提高列车的牵引/制动性能。文中提出的列车传动最优黏着控制策略通过全维状态观测器准确地估计出当前利用的黏着系数;利用可变遗忘因子的递归最小二乘法有效地计算出黏着-蠕滑特性曲线斜率;采用最速梯度法迅速搜索最佳蠕滑速度给定值。同时为了实现最优黏着控制,设计了蠕滑速度控制环来获得牵引电机转矩指令补偿量。最后通过仿真,证明了该控制策略的正确性和有效性。During the train running operation,related adhesion control between wheel and rail is particularly important because the maximize use of adhesion force can improve the traction or braking performance of train.The optimal adhesion control strategy of train transmission proposed in this paper can precisely estimate the current use adhesion coefficient by the full-dimensions state observer,effectively calculate the slope of adhesion-slip characteristics curve by the variable forgetting factor RLS,and quickly search the optimal slip velocity given value.In addition,in order to achieve optimal adhesion control,this paper designs a slip velocity control loop to obtain the compensation value of traction motor torque command.Finally,the correctness and effectiveness of the control strategy are proved by simulation.
