浅析我国农林产品地理标志知识产权的保护概况

摘　　要：地理标志因其特点与内涵无论在社会文化还是产品市场上都有十分重要的意义。分别从保护方式,研究进展等方面对我国地理标志的保护情况进行了简要介绍,并列举了几个农林产品地理标志保护的案例。最后针对我国地理标志的保护作了几点建议。Because of its characteristics and connotation,geographical indications are of great significance both in social culture and product market. T his paper from the protection,research progress and other aspintroduction to the protection of geographical indications in C hina,and gives some geographical indications protection cases. Finally,this paper makes some suggestions aiming at the problems in protection of geographical indications in china.
