江苏科技型中小企业信贷支持政策及效果分析——以“苏科贷”为例

摘　　要：科技型中小企业是推动科技成果转化的重要力量。经过多年的探索与发展,江苏省已形成较完善的科技金融政策体系。其中,以"苏科贷"为代表的信贷支持政策在实践中效果突出,为中小科技企业提供了有效的金融支持。文章梳理了"苏科贷"省科技成果转化风险补偿专项资金政策的运行模式,分析其实施效果,揭示其运行中存在的主要问题,在此基础上为进一步完善相关政策提出建议。Technology-based SMEs are an important force in promoting the transformation of science and technology into productive forces. After years of exploration and development, Jiangsu province has formed a relatively complete policy system of technology finance. Among them, the credit loans support policy represented by "Suke Loans" has achieved outstanding results in practice and has provided effective financial support to technology-based SMEs. This paper summarizes the operation model of risk compensation funds in"Suke Loans", analyzes its effects and reveals its main problems. On this basis, this article provides suggestions for further improvement of relevant policies.
