摘　　要：闭合性胸腹联合伤是一种伤情复杂、严重、诊治困难且病死率高的多体腔损伤。本文着重阐述了该疾病致伤机制和特点、诊断难点以及临床治疗三个方面,以期读者能从中获得清晰的认识。Closed combined thoracoabdominal injury is complicated,severe,difficult to diagnose and treat,and is a kind of injury with high mortality involved multiple body cavities. This paper focuses on the disease from three aspects： the mechanism and characteristics of the injury,the difficulties in diagnosis and the clinical treatment. It is expected that the readers can get a clear understanding of closed combined thoracoabdominal injuries.
