摘 要:2型糖尿病是21世纪危害公共卫生最严重的疾病之一,我国2型糖尿病的总患病率随年龄增长迅速增加,2型糖尿病患者的能量代谢与正常人有一定差异。能量代谢涉及能量的摄入、贮存、转化及消耗。2型糖尿病的治疗,无论是饮食干预、运动抑或是药物,都会引起能量代谢的改变,深入研究能量代谢与2型糖尿病的关系不仅有助于明确其发病机制,而且能够为治疗2型糖尿病提供新的靶点。Type 2 diabetes mellitus is one of the most serious diseases that endanger public health in twenty-first Century. The prevalence of type 2 diabetes mellitus in our country increases rapidly with age. Energy metabolism includes energy intake, storage, transformation and consumption, which is different between patients with type 2 diabetes and normal people. And the treatment of type 2 diabetes, such as dietary intervention, exercise and drugs, can cause the changes of energy metabolism. Studying the relationship between energy metabolism and type 2 diabetes deeply not only help to clarify its pathogenesis, but also can provide a new target for the treatment of type 2 diabetes.
