自着色水性聚氨酯型织物染色剂的合成及性能

摘　　要：以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、N-甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)、聚四氢呋喃二醇(Mn=1000)和分散红3B(3B)为主要原料,采用丙酮法合成了自着色水性聚氨酯型织物染色剂(3B-WPU),并用其对纯棉织物进行染色处理,并与普通水性聚氨酯(WPU0)与3B混合物(3B/WPU0)作比较。讨论异氰酸酯指数R值对3B-WPU乳液性能的影响,比较了经3B-WPU、3B、3B/WPU0处理的织物的着色、摩擦牢度和洗涤牢度。结果表明,当R值为1.10时,3B-WPU乳液黏度、干燥速率适中,适合作为织物处理剂。3B-WPU涂层织物相比分散红3B染色效果好、着色均匀,在色牢度检测中,摩擦牢度和洗涤牢度得到不同程度的改善。Self-colored waterborne polyurethane fabric dyeing agent （3B-WPU） was synthesized by acetone method, and using isophorone diisocyanate, N-methyl diethanolamine （MDEA） , polytetrabydrofuran glycol （Mn = 1000） , disperse red 3B （3B） as the main raw materials. It was used for dyeing pure cotton fabric, and was com- pared with 3B/MDEA-based WPU （WPU0） blend. The effect of isoeyanate index R on properties of 3B-WPU emulsion was discussed. The coloration, rubbing fastness and washing fastness of the fabrics treated with 3B-WPU, 3B, 3B/WPU0 blends were compared. The results showed that, when the R value was 1.10, emulsion viscosity and drying rate of 3B-WPU were moderate. It was found that 3B-WPU was suitable as a fabric treatment agent. Compared to disperse red 3B, 3B-WPU treated fabric had better dyeing effect and uniform coloration, and rubbing fastness and washing fastness were improved.
