摘 要:目的:分析分级诊疗背景下四川省基层医疗卫生人员的薪酬期望,为更好地探索并完善四川省建立适应行业特点的基层医疗卫生机构薪酬制度提供参考建议。方法:将深入访谈法与现场问卷调查相结合,并用SPSS19.0软件对相关数据资料进行统计分析。结果:样本地区83.10%的基层医疗卫生人员认为自己目前的薪酬不能回报自己的付出,26.78%的基层医疗卫生人员希望薪酬与社会平均工资持平,45.27%的希望薪酬高出社会平均工资的1-2倍。结论:在完善基层医疗卫生机构薪酬制度的过程中应重视薪酬的保障和激励功能,需要考虑基层医疗卫生人员对薪酬的合理期望。Objective To analyze the salary expectation of primary medical and health personnel in Sichuan Province under the background of grading clinic, and put forward suggestions for improving it. Method Data was obtained by in - depth interview and questionnaires, and analyzed with statistics software of SPSS 19. 0. Results 83.10% of primary medical and health personnel didn' t think that their current salary could pay for their hard - working. 26. 78% of them expected their salary could achieve the social average wage. And 45.27% of them expected their salary were two times of the social average wage. Conclusion In the process of improving the salary system of primary medical and health institutions, the insurance and incentive function of salary should be valued. And the reasonable salary expectation of basic medical and health personnel needs to be considered.
