摘  要:将聚四氟乙烯纤维和相容剂加入聚丙烯中,在二次开模条件下注塑成型制备出聚丙烯/聚四氟乙烯纤维微发泡复合材料,研究了聚四氟乙烯纤维用量对复合材料力学性能、耐热性及发泡行为的影响。结果表明:当聚四氟乙烯纤维用量为2%时,复合材料的拉伸强度提高了13%,弯曲模量提高了16%;聚丙烯微发泡复合材料具有完美的泡孔结构,其泡孔平均直径为71μm,泡孔密度为1.26×10^6个/cm^3。The polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) fiber and compatilizer was added into polypropylene(PP). The microcellular foamed PP/PTFE fiber composites were prepared by injection method under the condition of twice-open mold. The effects of the amount of PTFE fiber on the mechanical properties, heat resistance and foaming behavior of the composites were studied. The results show that: when the amount of PTFE fiber is 2%, the tensile strength of the composite is increased by 13%, and the flexural modulus is increased by 16%. The PP microfoam composite has a perfect pore structure. The average diameter of the bubble hole is 71 μm, and the density of the bubble hole is 1.26×10~6 cell/cm^3.
