两步四法治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察两步四法治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效并探讨其机制。方法 80例膝骨性关节炎患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组(采用两步四法治疗)和对照组(局部取穴加电针)各40例,采用综合疗效标准对两组的总有效率进行判定及应用WOMAC骨性关节炎指数评分表比较两组患者治疗前后主要症状和体征情况。结果 2个疗程治疗结束后,治疗组总有效率为95.08%,明显高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05);WOMAC骨性关节炎指数评分变化情况:两组治疗后关节疼痛程度积分、关节僵硬程度积分、关节活动度积分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01);两组间积分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论两步四法治疗膝骨性关节炎获效甚至痊愈。Objective： To observe the clinical effect on two steps and four methods on knee osteoarthritis. Methods： 80 cases of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into the treatment group （two steps and four methods） with 40 cases and the control group （local acupuncture plus electroacupuncture） with 40 cases. The to- tal effective rate of the two groups was determined by the comprehensive efficacy criteria. The main symptoms and signs of the two groups before and after treatment were compared with WOMAC osteoarthritis index. Results： Af- ter 2 courses of treatment,the total effective rate between the treatment group and the Control group was statisti- cally significant （P〈 0.05）. The treatment group was superior to the control group. WOMAC＇ Osteoarthritis Index score changes： compared with before treatment ,the two groups had significantly lower joint pain score ,joint stiff- ness score and joint activity score after treatment （P〈 0.01）. The difference of the scores of the two groups was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Two steps and four methods has an effect on knee osteoarthritis, and even can cure it.
