摘　　要：目的观察夏季贴敷膏治疗风寒湿痹证膝痹病的临床疗效并探讨其机制。方法将79例本病患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组40例和对照组39例,治疗组采用夏季贴敷膏;对照组采用麝香壮骨膏外用。治疗2周后观察两组治疗前后疼痛、肿胀、活动度、WOMAC评分改善情况、膝关节滑液中白介素-1(IL-1)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平及临床疗效。结果两组治疗后疼痛、肿胀、活动度及WOMAC评分、IL-1、TNF-α数值较治疗前均有明显改善(P<0.05);组间比较,治疗后治疗组疼痛、肿胀、活动度及WOMAC评分、IL-1、TNF-α数值改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论夏季贴敷膏治疗膝痹病(风寒湿痹证)疗效确切。Objective： TO observe the clinical efficacy of summer paste on knee disease （Wind cold dampness type）. Methods： 79 patients with this disease were randomly divided into the treatment group of 40 cases and the control group of 39 cases. The treatment group was treated with summer paste ;the control group was treated with Shexiang Zhuanggu Paste. After 2 weeks of treatment, pain, swelling, activity,the improvement of WOMAC score, the levels of IL-I and TNF-α in knee joint synovial fluid and the clinical effects were observed before and after treatment. Results： After treatment,pain, swelling, activity, WOMAC score, IL- 1 and TNF-α were significantly improved in both groups （P〈 0.05）. There were significant differences in pain, swelling, activity,WOMAC score, IL-1 and TNF-α between them （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The clinical efficacy of summer paste on knee disease （wind cold dampness tvDe） is good.
