摘  要:某公司40万t/a离子膜法烧碱第1期装置运行中,出现了设备易腐蚀,上液不畅,盐水杂质多等问题。采取相应的解决措施,优化改进了第2期装置的工艺设计。改造后,设备故障率降低,生产1 t烧碱的直流电耗降低约60 k W·h,蒸汽和循环水消耗减少,简化了工艺流程,取得了良好的运行效果。During the operation of the first-phase project of 400-kt/a ion-exchange membrane caustic soda, the problems such as easy corrosion, poor liquid feed and too many impurities in brine appeared Corresponding measures were taken and the process design of the second stage project was improved. After improvements were carried out, the failure rate of equipment reduced. The DC power consumption of 1 t caustic soda is reduced by about 60 kW · h, and the consumption of steam and circulating water is reduced too. The process was simplified and operated well.
