摘　　要：对烧碱装置进行一系列技术改造:更换原盐,改进除硝工艺,改变二次盐水纯水泵压力控制值,改造二次盐水高纯盐酸管路,将蒸发工艺冷凝液回收作为电解用水。改造后,大大降低了生产成本,使生产运行更加安全平稳。A series of technical transformation were made on a caustic soda plant, including replace- ment of raw salt, improvement of sulfate removal process, correction of pressure control value of pure wa- ter pump used in secondary brine refinement, pipeline transformation of high purity hydrochloric acid used in secondary brine refinement, and recycling of evaporation process condensate and using it as feed water in electrolysis procedure. After the transformation was carried out, the production cost reduced greatly and the production operation was more safe and stable.
