摘　　要：马克思的社会历史理论是马克思主义理论体系的重要组成部分,是马克思长期研究人类社会历史的一个重要的思想成果。马克思的社会历史理论不具有"超历史"的性质,这一理论的优点就在于以"现实的历史"和具体的"历史环境"为基本原则。因此,一切将马克思的社会历史理论解读为"超历史"的历史主义和历史哲学的做法都是不符合事实的。通过解读马克思的经典文本,我们可以发现,马克思的社会历史理论是一门体系完备和内容丰富的历史科学。马克思的社会历史理论已经成为一部经典的历史作品,当下我们必须结合时代发展的新情况、新特点、新问题,不断丰富和发展这一重要理论。Marx＇s social and historical theory is an essential part of Marxist theory system, and it is an important achievement of Marx＇s longterm study of human social history. It does not have the＂trans -historical＂ nature, and its advantage is with ＂real history＂ and specific ＂historical environment＂ as the basic principle. Hence, all practices that claim Marx＇s social and historical theory as ＂trans -historical＂ historicism or ＂trans -historical＂ historical philosophy are inconsistent with the facts. Through in- terpreting Marx＇s classic texts, we can find that Marx＇s social and historical theory is historical science which has complete system and rich content. Now the theory has become a classic historical work, and we must combine the new situation, new characteristics and new problems of our times to enrich and develop this important theory.
