摘  要:采用牡蛎壳和陶粒制备了多级生物滤柱(multistage bed-biological aerated filter,MSB-BAF)和混合生物滤柱(mixed bed-biological aerated filter,MB-BAF),研究其对偶氮染料活性黑5(reactive black 5,RBK5)废水中苯胺的处理效果。结果表明:在苯胺初始浓度从10~50 mg·L^(-1)变化时,随着苯胺浓度的升高,MSB-BAF和MB-BAF出水的染料、苯胺、COD、氨氮的浓度变化不大,去除率分别可达90%、97%、95%、99%,出水pH维持在6.5~7.0之间。由于多级装填方式有利于牡蛎壳表面的分解和微生物的负载,MSB-BAF对总磷和苯胺的去除率优于MB-BAF,分别达82.76%和97.88%。The combined multistage bed-biological aerated filter (MSB-BAF) and mixed bed-biological aerated filter (MB-BAF) carried out by using oyster shell as material to degrade reactive black 5 (RBKS) in wastewater. The results show that with the increasing of aniline concentrations (10 to 50 mg· L-1) , the dye, aniline, COD and ammonia removal efficiency can reach up to 90% , 97% , 95% and 99% , respectively, and the pH maintained at 6.5 to 7. 0. The phosphorus and aniline removal efficiency of MSB-BAF (97. 88% ) was much better than MB-BAF (82.76%) , due to the advantages of microorganism loading and surface-decomposion on oyster shell.
