白芷、吴茱萸、川芎对偏头痛大鼠行为的影响

摘　　要：目的观察单味中药白芷、吴茱萸、川芎对偏头痛模型大鼠行为的影响。方法 Wistar大鼠随机分为6组:空白对照组、模型对照组、白芷治疗组、吴茱萸治疗组、川芎治疗组、西比灵治疗组(药物对照)。各治疗组分别灌胃相应的药物,模型组和空白组灌胃同体积生理盐水,连续7d。于末次灌胃1h时,用硝酸甘油10mg/kg皮下注射方法制备大鼠偏头痛模型。从注射时开始计时,每0.5h为1个时间段记录各组动物挠头次数、爬笼次数,以及耳红和休息时间。结果与空白组比较,模型组动物挠头次数、爬笼次数均显著增高(P<0.05);与模型组比较,各治疗组不同时间段挠头次数、爬笼次数均显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01);耳红时间缩短(P<0.01)。结论 3种中药均能改善偏头痛动物行为学表现,川芎起效较快,白芷持续时间较长。Objective To investigate the effects ofAngrlica, Evodia and Rhizome of Chuanxiong on the behavior changes of migraine rats model. Methods 48 Wistar rats were randomly divided into 6 groups： control group, model group, positive control groupm （0.43mg/kg）, Angrlica group （0.79g/kg）, Evodia group （0.40g/kg） and Rhizome of Chuanxiong group（0.79g/ kg）, with 8 in each group. Each treatment group was given respective drugs （gavage）, control groups and model group were given the same volume of saline for 7d. At the last lh in the lavage, the rats model of migraine was prepared by subcutaneous injection of nitroglycerin 10mg/kg. The appearing time and disappearing time of redness in both ears of rats after injection were established, the frequencies of scratching head and climbing cage were observed and recorded every half hour of 3h in each group. Results Compared with control group, the frequencies of scratching head and climbing cage of model group increased markedly （P〈0.05）. Compared with＇control group, the frequencies of scratching head and climbing cage of each treatment group descreased significantly （P〈0.05）. the frequencies of scratching head and climbing cage of Rhizome of Chuanxiong group were less than Angrlica group and Evodia group in 0-30 min period. Climbing cage frequency of Angrlica group was less than Evodia group in 151~180 min period （P〈0.05）. Conclusion All 3 kinds of Chinese medicine can improve the behavior performance of migraine rats, Rhizome of Chuanxiong works faster and the duration of Angrlica is longer than Rhizome of Chuanxiong.
