臭氧化自血回输联合温针灸对类风湿关节炎血清肿瘤坏死因子-α、白介素-1β的影响

摘　　要：目的观察臭氧化自血回输联合温针灸治疗类风湿关节炎的作用机制。方法将80例风湿关节炎患者按照就诊顺序进行编号,随机分配到为治疗组和对照组,每组各40例。治疗组采用臭氧化自血回输联合温针灸治疗,对照组采用西药常规治疗。分别于治疗前和治疗结束后采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测白介素-1β(IL-1β)与肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平。结果治疗后两组患者IL-1β与TNF-α均呈下降趋势,均有显著性差异(P<0.05),与对照组治疗后比较,治疗组下降更为明显,治疗后在IL-1β与TNF-α指标对比中,均有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者VAS评分呈下降趋势,与治疗前比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05),与对照组治疗后比较,治疗组VAS评分下降更明显,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论臭氧化自血回输结合温针灸治疗能抑制IL-1β与TNF-α分泌,从而起到抗炎作用。Objective To explore the mechanism of ozonized blood transfusion combined with warm acupuncture in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis （RA）. Methods 80 cases of patients with RA were numbered according to the order of treatment and randomly assigned into treatment group and control group, 40 cases in each group. Treatment group was treated with ozonized blood transfusion combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion, control group was treated with western medicine. IL-1β and TNF-α levels were measured by ELISA assay before and after treatment. Results After treatment, IL-1β and TNF- α decreased in both groups with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Compared with control group, there was significant difference between IL- 1 β and TNF-α in treatment group （P〈0.05）. VAS scores of both groups decreased after treatment,there was significant difference from that before treatment （P〈0.05）. Compared with control group, VAS score of treatment group decreased more significantly （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Ozonized blood transfusion combined with warm acupuncture can inhibit the secretion of IL-1β and TNF-α, thus plays an anti-inflammatory role in the trentment of RA.
