摘  要:对有关乳液聚合和微悬浮聚合PVC胶乳粒子粒径和粒径分布的控制的文献进行了总结和分析,认为二次成核主要受到种子数目和粒径、乳化剂和引发剂用量及加入速度的影响,这是工业上合成粒径呈双峰分布的PVC糊树脂的控制关键。Literature related to control of particle size and particle size distribution of PVC latex was summarized and analyzed, and the above-mentioned PVC latex was the product produced by emulsion polymerization or by micro-emulsion polymerization. Secondary nucleus was influenced by the number and size of seeds, and the dosage and adding speed of emulsifier and initiator, and was the key to obtain PVC paste resin of which particle size showed bimodal distribution in industrial production.
