摘　　要：在70 m^3聚合装置中,采用悬浮聚合工艺,通过调整分散剂、引发剂、终止剂等配方及控制聚合参数生产了透明片材专用PVC树脂,所制得的PVC树脂表观密度适中,增塑剂吸收量高,树脂颗粒疏松度、老化白度等性能均显著改善;树脂与加工助剂的相容性提升,熔体流动性改善。Through adjusting formula system of dispersant, initiator and terminator, and controlling polymerization parameters, PVC resin special for transparent sheet was producted by suspension polymeri- zation process in 70-m3 polymerizer. The PVC had moderate apparent density, high plasticizer absorption, significantly improved granule porosity aging and whiteness. Its compatibility with processing addi- fives was enhanced, and melt fluidity was improved too.
