摘 要:采用共混改性的方法制备了聚酰胺酸(PAA)/PVC复合材料,通过力学试验、热重分析、燃烧试验、偏光显微镜分析、红外光谱分析等方法,考察了PAA用量对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:(1)随着PAA用量的增加,PAA/PVC复合材料的冲击强度、拉伸强度、断裂伸长率增加,弹性模量先增加后降低;(2)PAA可以提高PAA/PVC复合材料的耐热性能;(3)随着PAA用量的增加,PAA/PVC复合材料的有焰燃烧时间逐渐缩短,表明其阻燃性能得到改善;(4)PAA/PVC复合材料的微观结构分析表明,在混炼过程中,PAA/PVC复合材料中的PAA就发生了反应,形成了氢键。Polyamide acid(PAA)/PVC composites were prepared by blending modification. The effects of PAA content on the properties of composites were investigated by mechanical test, thermogravimetric analysis, combustion test, polarizing microscope analysis and infrared spectrum analysis. The results showed that with the increase in PAA content, the impact strength, tensile strength and elongation at break of PAA/PVC composites increased, while the elastic modulus increased first and then decreased. The PAA could improve the thermal stability of PAA/PVC composites. With the increase in PAA content, the after-flame time of PAA/PVC composites gradually shortened, showing that the flame resistance improved. Microstructure analysis showed that the PAA/PVC composites reacted in the process of mixing, and formed hydrogen bonds.
