知名智库的组织体系、运行机制及对农业智库建设的启示

摘　　要：智库是国家决策的重要智力支撑。分析国内外知名智库的组织体系与运行机制,总结其经验,对于推进有中国特色的农业智库建设具有重要意义。本文从官方智库、独立智库和大学智库3个维度,详细阐述了国内外代表性知名智库及其组织体系,并从资金来源与管理制度、人才引进与管理制度、成果推广与传播制度、对外合作与交流制度4个方面进一步论述了国内外代表性知名智库的运行机制。最后,基于上述分析提出推进中国农业智库建设的建议与启示。Think tanks are an important intellectual support for national decision-making. Analyzing the organization system and operation mechanism of well-known think tanks both at home and abroad and summing up their experience are of great significance for promoting the construction of domestic agricultural think tanks. This article elaborates the representative think tanks at home and abroad and their organizational system from the three dimensions of official think tank, independent think tank and college think tank. Further, this paper analyzes the operation mechanism of representative well-known think tanks at home and abroad from four aspects： funds and management, talent introduc- tion and management, promotion and dissemination of achievements, and foreign cooperation and exchange. Finally, put forward suggestions to promote the construction of China＇s agricultural think tank based on the above analysis.
