摘　　要：为了促进信息服务机构更好的开发、揭示和利用开放获取资源,从而提高高校图书馆开放获取实践进展的速度。利用网页调查的方法从高校图书馆开发、揭示和利用开放获取资源3个方面调查分析了目前高校图书馆开放获取实践进展的现状,分析了存在的问题。针对开发、揭示和利用3方面存在的问题的提出了6项改进措施。In order to promote the information service institution to develop, reveal and use the open access resources better, and improve the speed of university libraries＇ open access practice progress, by using the method of web survey, this paper investigated and analyzed the open access practice progress from three perspectives：the development, revela- tion and use of open access resource survey at university libraries, and put forward 6 targeted improvement mea- sures toward the problems mentioned.
