摘　　要：互联网络的发展让全民阅读的形式发生了质的变化。不同于传统的信息获取方式,区域图书馆联盟为新环境下公众阅读提供了更好的服务平台。在明确的组织分工和强大的信息技术支持之下,完善的联盟协同体系能够推动全民阅读推广服务体系的构建,有针对性地激发读者的阅读兴趣并满足读者的需求,拓宽读者阅读的范围和深度。The development of lntemet has made a qualitative change in the form of universal reading. Different from the tra- ditional way of information acquisition, the regional library consortia provides a better service platform for the pub- lic reading in the new environment. In the clear division of labor and strong information technology support, the perfect alliance synergy system can promote the construction of universal reading promotion service system, and be conducive to stimulate the reader＇s interest in reading and meet the needs of readers, broaden the scope of reading.
