摘　　要：传统行为分析方法针对日志内容进行分析,缺少数据挖掘和行为分析手段,未细分用户需求,导致营销与用户需求不匹配。基于Hadoop云计算平台技术及相关工具,设计并实现了一个移动用户上网行为分析系统,该系统能够针对不同移动用户的上网行为,准确为其定制个性化的服务。详细描述了移动用户上网行为分析系统的关键技术、外部接口以及软硬件配置环境,并通过实验对系统进行了验证。实验数据表明,与传统方法相比,提出的基于云计算的移动用户上网行为分析系统能够掌握用户上网习惯,准确定位用户上网需求,对于帮助移动运营商进行大数据专题分析,提升企业竞争力具有重要意义。The traditional behavior analysis methods are based on the log content and short of data mining and behavior analysis means. Users＇ needs are not considered in that, so the demands for marketing and users＇ needs are separated. In this paper, using the Hadoop based cloud computing platform and its relevant technology and tools, a mobile user behavior analysis system is presented and implemented. Our method makes individual service according to the different behaviors of mobile internet users. The key technologies of mobile user behavior analysis are described in detail. Then, the exterior interface of mobile operating agencies and the software and hardware configure environment are also discussed subsequently. In order to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of our method, several simulation experiments are done. The results obtained from performance analysis show that cloud based mobile user behavior analysis system are of great significance to master the internet users＇ habits. It can locate the internet users＇ need and help the mobile operating agencies to analyze the big data proiect. Enterorise comoetitiveness can also benefit a lot from it.
