摘  要:基于STM32F103RCT6微控制器设计制作了用于微电网研究的三相逆变器.对主电路的功率开关器件及驱动电路的参数和LC滤波器件进行了分析和选型;采用电压互感器ZMCT101B和电流互感器ZMCT103C实现了三相线电压和电流的采集与变换;使用基于SVPWM驱动控制的PI双闭环控制策略,实现了线电压谐波畸变率为1.44%、效率为87.7%、负载调整率为0.25%的技术指标.实验结果表明本文设计的逆变器效率和性能均较优.Based on STM32F103RCT6 microcontroller, a three-phase inverter for microgrid research is designed. The para- meters of the power switch and the drive circuit of the main circuit and the LC filter are analyzed and selected. Using voltage transformer ZMCT101B and current transformer ZMCT103C, the acquisition and transformation of three phase line voltage and current are realized. The PI double closed loop control strategy based on SVPWM driving control is adopted, and the technical index of harmonic distortion rate of line voltage is 1.44%, efficiency is 87.7%, load regulation rate is 0.25%. The experimental results show that the designed three-phase inverter has better efficiency and property.
