摘 要:针对大多地区未对输电工程项目进行评价,降低了电网建设效率的问题,按照系统性、独立性、层次性及可操作性原则,以某省电力公司220kV输电工程项目为例,构建了果蝇优化的反向传播(BP)神经网络模型,对输电工程进行综合经济评价,不仅考虑项目工程自身收益,还把项目对电网以及国民经济的贡献纳入工程收益中,结果表明综合评价结果更加符合实际,提高了输电工程经济评价的科学性。Because most areas have not evaluated the transmission project, which reduce the efficiency of power grid construction. According to the systematicness, independence, hierarchy and operability principles, the electric power company 220kV power transmission project was used as an example. This paper uses the BP neural network model combined with fruit fly optimization algorithm to evaluate the transmission project, which not only considers the self-benefits of the project but also includes the contribution of the project to the power grid and the national economy income. The results show that the comprehensive evaluation results are more in line with the reality, and improved the scientific of the transmission engineering economy evaluation.
