延续护理对慢性创面患者生活质量及护理满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的分析探讨延续护理对慢性创面患者临床疗效及护理满意度的影响。方法将2014年3月—2017年3月广州市花都区人民医院手外烧伤科收治的108例慢性创面患者随机分为观察组(54例)与对照组(54例),其中对照组患者予以常规护理,治疗组患者在常规护理的基础上予以延续护理,对比分析两组患者的临床疗效及护理满意度。结果随访30 d后,观察组患者中生活质量较高者50例、生活质量较低者4例,对照组患者中生活质量较高者33例、生活质量较低者21例,两组对比,χ~2=15.042,P<0.01,差异具有统计学意义;观察组患者的护理满意率为94.4%,对照组患者的护理满意率为70.4%,两组对比,Z=-3.026,P<0.01,差异具有统计学意义。结论延续护理可指导慢性创面患者的院外护理及健康保健,提升患者生活质量,提高患者护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore how transitional care affects the clinical efficacy and satisfaction of patients with chronic wounds. Methods 108 patients with chronic wounds, admitted to Burn and Hand Surgery Department, Huadu District People＇ s Hospital of Guangzhou from March 2014 to March 2017, were randomly divided into observation group （54 cases） and control group （54 cases）. Routine nursing was given to patients in control group. In addition to routine nursing, transitional care was also given to patients in treatment group. The clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction of pa- tients in the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results On day 30 of follow-up, 50 patients had high quality of life and 4 had low quality of life in observation group. In control group, 33 patients had high quality of life and 21 had low qual- ity of life. The comparison between the two groups showed statistically significant difference （X^2 = 15. 042, P 〈 0. 01 ）. The nursing satisfaction was 94. 4% for observation group and 70.4% for control group. The comparison between the two groups showed statistically significant difference （ Z = - 3. 026, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Transitional care can provide guidance to patients on nursing and health care after they are discharged from hospital, improve their quality of life and bring better nursing satisfaction, so it deserves to be promoted in clinical practice.
