摘　　要：介绍了大功率继电器外罩材料的合理选用,该塑件注射模浇注系统设计对注射成型的多因素比较,模温控制对塑件成型的质量分析,以及模具的总装结构设计。This paper introduced the rational selection of the plastic material, comparison of injection molding for gating system design,the quality analysis of mold multi factor temperature control to the molding of plastic parts,and the design of the assembly mold structure.
