摘 要:通过盆栽试验,测定4种植物白三叶、一串红、翠菊、鸢尾单种和两两混种模式下根际及非根际土壤微生物数量、酶活性及理化性质等指标,分析不同植物种植模式对铅污染的修复效果。结果表明:土壤微生物数量、酶活性、呼吸作用强度及有机质含量指标均表现为根际>非根际>对照,混种>单种>对照;土壤pH表现为对照>非根际>根际,对照>单种>混种;电导率、氧化还原电位指标表现为非根际>根际,单种>混种;土壤Pb2+含量则表现为对照>根际>非根际,对照>混种>单种。同时,细菌的变化对土壤酶的影响最大,其次是真菌,放线菌影响最小;细菌的变化对土壤理化性质的影响最大,其次是真菌,放线菌影响最小。可见,4种不同的植物单种和混种均能对铅污染起到修复作用,而混种比单种更能提高土壤微生物数量及酶活性,且白三叶与鸢尾混种优于其他几种模式。To analyze the remediation effects of different planting patterns on lead contaminated soil, a pot ex- periment was conducted to study rhizos phere and non-rhizos phere microbial biomass, soil enzymic activity and soil physical and chemical properties of 4 plants (Trifolium repens, Salvia splendens, Callistephus chinensis, Iris recto-rum) of single or mixture inoculation. The results showed that the microbial biomass, soil enzymic activity, soil repi- rati and organic matter indexes always showed the rhizosphere 〉 the non-rhizosphere 〉 the control, mixed planting 〉 monoculture 〉 the control. The pH released that the control 〉 the non-rhizosphere 〉 the rhizosphere, the control 〉 monoculture 〉 mixed planting. The electrical conductivity and redox potential released that the non-rhizosphere 〉 the rhizosphere, monocuhure 〉 mixed planting. While the Pb〉 content showed that the control 〉 the rhizosphere 〉 the non-rhizosphere, the control 〉 mixed planting 〉 monoculture. Meanwhile, the effects of lead pollution on soil enzymic activity with bacteria were the greatest, followed by fungi and actinomycetes affected the lowest. And the effects of lead pollution on soil physical and chemical properties with bacteria were the greatest, followed by fungi and aetino- mycetes affected the lowest. These facts showed that single and mixing planting pattern could alleviate the stress caused by Pb pollution, and mixed planting could improve the extent of soil heath and soil microbe diversity better than monocuhure, and Trifolium repens intercropped with Iris tectorum was superior to those of other planting patterns.
