摘　　要：目前,生态保护补偿制度对弱势群体重视不够,其对社会主体利益的平衡作用也没有得到充分发挥,难以适应现实需要。以农民为视角构建弱势群体生态保护补偿制度,应从弱势群体与生态保护补偿的概念出发,并以社会公平和环境正义为价值导向。本文从理论研究、法律规定、实践应用等方面提出相关建议,以期对维护弱势群体在生态保护补偿中的相关权益、构建科学公正的生态保护补偿制度有所裨益。The existing ecological protection compensation system is not enough attention to the vulnerable groups,and the effect of balancing the interests of the social subjects is not fully reflected and it is difficult to adapt to the reality. To construct ecological protection compensation system from the perspective of social vulnerable groups,first of all,from the concept and characteristics of the vulnerable groups and ecological protection compensation,with social equity and environmental justice as the value orientation,for the existing problems,from theoretical research,legal provisions,practical application and other aspects of the proposed recommendations.To provide a new perspective for the formulation of eco- logical protection compensation policies and regulations,with a view to maintaining the farmers in the ecological protec- tion compensation in the relevant rights and interests,coordinate regional development;build a scientific and fair ecologi- cal protection compensation system.
