摘　　要：随着高等教育改革的不断推进,高校原有的学生宿舍区已逐步演变为集住宿、生活服务等为一体的社区形态,因此高校学生工作必须高度重视学生社区建设,打造"非正式化"的思想政治教育平台,帮助大学生处理好同一学生社区的同学关系,推进学生思想政治工作进社区,让社区氛围更加和谐,让同学在社区能够感受到"家"的温暖和温馨,让学生在休闲、娱乐等"生活化"的方式中,自觉接受教育者的教育理念。With the development of higher education reform,the college students＇ dormitories have gradually evolved into a set of accommodation,life service is a form of community,so we must give great importance to the work of student community construction,to create the ＂informal＂Ideological and political education platform,help students deal with the relationship in the same community,promote the students＇ ideological and political work into the community,make the community more harmonious atmosphere,let the students in the community can enjoy warm as they are at home,let the students in the leisure and entertainment of ＂life＂,then consciously accept the educational philosophy.
