摘  要:容积计算贯穿于玻璃瓶样设计和模具设计的整个过程,其精确性直接影响瓶罐的成型质量,针对传统容积测试法效率低的问题,采用UGNX二次开发的方法,以UGNX8.0为平台,利用UGNX二次开发工具,结合VB.net高级编程语言,进行玻璃瓶样容差控制模块的开发。研究结果表明:运用开发完成的人机交互界面,通过调整因子即可对瓶颈和瓶身高度进行参数调整,输入误差值即可精确控制容差,并输出最优外形尺寸。The volumetric calculation ran through the design of the glass bottles and the mould, and its accuracy has an effect on the quality of the bottles. In order to improve the calculate efficiency of the traditional volume test method, the secondary development method based on UGNX was adopted. It took the UGNX8.0 as the platform, and the toler- ance control module was developed by using the secondary development tool of UGNX and combined with VB.net advanced programming language. The results showed that the neck and height of the bottle were adjusted with the adjusting factor changed by using the human-computer interaction interface, and the tolerance was controlled accurately by in- put the error value, finally the optimal boundary dimension was output.
