摘  要:针对打印机驱动连接件成型时开口部位出现的向内收缩问题,利用POM结晶性材料的收缩属性,提出在变形部位增加加强筋的方案,并利用MOLDFLOW分析验证,确定方案的可行性,最后进行生产试制。结果表明,优化后塑件开口变形缺陷消除,塑件成型质量良好,满足生产需求,为开口类塑件提供了一种简单的解决方案。The shrinkage characteristic of the crystallization material for POM was used to solve the shrinkage inward problem of the printer driver connector. The scheme of adding the rib in the opening area was proposed, and the feasibility of it was verified by using MOLDFLOW software, then the plastics was put into production. The results showed that the opening deformation of the plastics was eliminated, and the forming quality of the plas- tics was good, which could provide reference for similar opening plastics.
