摘  要:快速隔离开关是混合式直流断路器的关键部件之一,其分合闸时间在数毫秒以内的,常规断路器难以提供如此快速的操作速度。文中在借鉴已有真空开关研制经验的基础上,从分析直流快速隔离开关的需求入手,重点对真空小间隙应用在直流隔离、无弧分断场合的情况进行有针对性的系列试验,同时借助试验和理论分析,解决了多断口均压问题,使中压真空开关得以扩展到高压直流隔离开关应用领域。研制出一台分闸速度小于3 ms的200 k V直流快速隔离开关,且该方案具有易于向高压扩充的优势,能满足混合式直流断路器的应用需求。The fast disconnectors is one of the key components of hybrid DC circuit breaker. It is difficult for conven-tional breakers to provide such a fast operating speed when the switching time is within a few milliseconds. In this pa-per,based on the study of the vacuum switch,focusing on the application of small vacuum gap in DC isolation,arcless breaking situation,a series of experiments are designed. After solving the problems of synchronous as well asvoltage distribution in every break,a 200 k V DC fast disconnectors with less than 3 ms switching time is developed,and the scheme has the advantage of easy to expand to high voltage,and can meet the application demand of the hy-brid DC circuit breaker.
