摘 要:动车组高速运行过程中车顶绝缘子周围产生的高速气流会影响其表面积污规律。为了研究车顶绝缘子在高速气流条件下的积污特性,利用风洞试验模拟高速气流条件,研究了动车组高压隔离开关复合绝缘子在不同时长的高速气流条件下的积污特性,并进行分析比较。试验结果表明:在高速风洞试验条件下,绝缘子表面积污具有饱和特性;随着高速气流作用时间的增加绝缘子背风面所占面积比例越小,背风面与迎风面灰密的比值越大;绝缘子上表面灰密大于下表面灰密,并且高速气流作用时长对绝缘子上下表面污秽分布不均匀度影响较小。High speed airflow around the roof insulator produced during EMU operations will affect its surface contamination laws. In order to study the contamination characteristics of roof insulator under high speed airflow conditions, we simulate high speed airflow conditions in wind tunnel laboratory and in- vestigated the contamination characteristics on the high-vohage disconnector composite insulators under different durations of high speed airflow, and the test results are compared and analyzed. The results show that, in the high speed airflow wind tunnel, insulator has saturation characteristics; high speed air- flow with the increasing of time the leeward side of the insulator area occupied by the smaller proportion, and the greater the ratio of the windward and leeward side of the NEDD; on the surface of insulator has la- ger NSDD on the upper surface than that of lower surface, and high speed airflow time effect less on the upper and lower surfaces of the insulator of contamination distribution.
