摘 要:钢带增强聚乙烯螺旋波纹管(MRP)为多层结构管道,其所用粘接树脂的粘接性对管道的质量至关重要,因此对粘接性能进行评估尤为重要。然而目前还没有系统的方法对该管道粘接性进行评价,从而使对MRP粘接树脂的筛选缺乏参考。本文基于对比分析法,对粘接树脂的粘接性能建立起系统的评价方法,主要从粘接树脂原料、成管试样的剥离和成管试样的短期耐久性三个方面对粘接性能进行了测试分析;同时,选取三种类型粘接树脂进行对比测试,综合评价了粘接树脂的性能。本文所建立的评价方法为MRP粘接树脂的筛选提供参考,对MRP的实际使用具有重要意义。Metal reinforced polyethylene spiral corrugated pipe (MRP) is a kind of multi-layer pipe, the bonding performance of the adhesive resin that the pipe used is crucial to the quality of MRP. Therefore, it is especially important to evaluate the bonding performance of adhesive resin. However, there was no systematic method to evaluate this property at present, thus leading to the selection of adhesive resin for MRP lack of reference. In this paper, a systematic method was constructed to evaluate the bonding performance based on the comparative analysis methodology. And three aspects of the adhesive resin were mainly considered, including the adhesive resin raw materials, the peeling and the short-time durability of the MRP samples. At the same time, three types of adhesive resins were selected to implement the comparative analysis to systematically evaluate the bonding performance. The evaluation method of bonding performance established in this paper provides a reference for adhesive resin selection, and it is significant to the practical use of MRP.
