摘  要:利用步进电机的特点,以16位单片机MSP430F5436为处理器,设计了对山体或坝体进行水平位移精确测量的高度自动化装置——步进式钢丝水平位移计。详细介绍了该装置的整体工作原理及电气控制模块的电气原理;阐述了电气模块的脉冲触发、无源硬节点测量、控制流程、数据分析等部分的特点,诠释了步进式钢丝水平位移计在人机交互、工作稳定性、精确性等多方面所具备的优势。新一代的步进式钢丝水平位移计已在实际工程中取得成功应用,其稳定性和精确性为大坝监控系统提供了准确的实时数据。Using characteristics of stepping motor,stepping motor steel wire horizontal displacement device is designed with 16 bit single-chip processor MSP430 F5436 as processor. The overall working principle of the device and the electrical principle of the electrical control module are introduced in detail. The characteristics of pulse triggering,passive hard node measurement,control flow and data analysis of electrical module are expounded. The advantages of stepping motor steel wire horizontal displacement device in human-computer interaction,working stability,accuracy and other aspects are explained. A new generation of stepping steel wire horizontal displacement meter has been successfully applied in practical engineering. Its stability and accuracy provide accurate real-time data for the dam monitoring system.
