摘 要:绿色制造背景下,企业的创新模式与产品组合决策变得更加复杂,而以往研究多以特定创新背景下的市场优化决策为主且较少考虑绿色制造背景。为了解决这一困境,针对一类以自主研发为主的制造型企业面临的创新模式与产品组合决策困局,从提升企业动态竞争力的视角剖析了破坏性创新与维持性创新的特征及二者与绿色制造的相关关系。构建了以企业综合效益、碳排放量为优化目标的0-1非线性多目标决策模型,该模型权衡了不同创新模式与产品组合策略下,市场效益、生产成本和碳排放量之间的复杂关系,为这类企业决策创新模式与产品组合方案提供了具有可操作性的优化方法。最后,将该决策方法与优化模型应用于国内某汽车企业中,分别对同一企业两种不同情境下的优化结果进行了比较,结果表明了所提方法的可行性和合理性。Under the background of green manufacturing,the enterprise's innovation model and product portfolio decision-making problem had become more complicated,while most of the research in the past focused on market-specific decision-making in the context of specific innovation,with less consideration of green manufacturing background.Aiming at innovation mode and product portfolio decision dilemma of a kind of self-research and development firm under the background of green manufacturing,the characteristics of disruptive innovation and sustaining innovation and their relations with green manufacturing were analyzed in viewpoint of company's dynamic competitive advantages.The 0-1 nonlinear multi-objective decision model was built with the optimization objectives of enterprise comprehensive benefit and carbon emission.This model weighed the complex relationships between market effici ency,production costs and carbon emissions with different innovation mode and product portfolio strategy,which provided guidance for this kind of firm for their decision on innovation mode and product portfolio.A case study of automobile was reported and a comparison of optimization results for two different scenarios was showed.
