摘 要:为进一步提升铁路货运服务的质量,提出基于质量功能展开和层次分析法的铁路货运评价方法。以成都—重庆的铁路货运服务为研究对象,在阐述质量功能展开和层次分析法的理论基础上,利用层次分析法确定各项货运服务需求的权重,再结合与需求对应的货运质量特性体系,以及铁路和公路货运服务现状,运用质量功能展开工具构建货运质量屋;然后根据质量屋数据结果对铁路货运和公路货运进行比较分析;最后指出铁路货运服务质量改进的方向。To further improve the quality of railway freight service,a railway freight evaluation method based on Quality Function Deployment(QFD)and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)was proposed.By taking the Chengdu to Chongqing railway freight and road freight as the research subject,the weight of freight service requirements with AHP was determined based on the theory of QFD and AHP.With quality characteristics system and current situation of rail freight and road freight,the House of Quality(HOQ)was constructed,and then the advantages and disadvantages between rail freights and road freights were pointed out.The suggestions of how to improve the quality of the railway freight service was given.
